01 General Terms

5.2 General Bonus Policy

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Game results are impartial and are not influenced by any external factor. If a game result is undetermined due to a technical error, the bets for that round will be considered void and the deposited amount will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Bets placed before the betting market closes will be considered valid.
• If incorrect odds are published, zg77 reserves the right to cancel those bets.
• If there is a dispute over a match result, the decision of the official sports authority will be considered final.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection or any other technical issue, the information stored on the server will be considered final. Any complaint regarding this must be reported to our support team within 24 hours.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zg77 platform:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to hack accounts, phishing, or launching cyber attacks.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
• Attempting to make risk-free profit by placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting).

08 Limitation of Liability

09 Account Suspension and Closure
